I’m Maverick aka “Mavie” – I’m a 3 -month-old (born 2-2-24) Chihuahua mix and I’m looking for my forever home! My small size doesn’t slow me down as I’m an active little lady who loves people of all sizes. I’ve lived with other dogs and some senior cats and I’m good with both! Since I’m still a young pup, I am learning the ropes of potty training and manners. I love playing with toys and giving snuggles and kisses to my favorite people! I’m spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccinations. My adoption fee is $275 + tax. Come & meet me today! Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.If you have any questions or would like to adopt Maverick, please reach out to the adoption group directly.
